We want you to be happy with your GrillGains purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.

To start a return, reach out to us with your order details and we'll guide you through the process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
